In Dig In, you play as a member of a family around the Thanksgiving dinner table. Every person at the table has a bone to pick with someone else, and conflicts will arise. Will you apologize, or dig in?
From the Artist
In this piece, we really wanted to explore the meaning of an apology-- what they represent, when they are given, how we feel when we are asked for one, and what circumstances make giving an apology okay or not okay. Apologies are tricky, and our brains are wired to make us resist giving apologies. We wanted to play with this evolutionary wrinkle in the context of a family dynamic to explore the tension we feel sometimes with those who are supposed to know and love us best.
