The schedule will continue to evolve leading up to the gathering—check back here regularly for updates!
At Worlds in Play, you’re invited to choose your own adventure: craft a path through the gathering that follows your curiosities and fuels your imagination. You are always welcome to step away to recharge, or scheme spontaneous collaboration with your new besties.
You can simply go to most sessions at their listed time to participate—no sign-up needed! A few exceptions:
- Rehearsal Room of Requirement with Agile Lens (evening of Aug 4) will take prior registration. Stay tuned for sign-up details.
- Field Trip to CU Adventures in Time and Space (evening of Aug 4) will be a separately ticketed activity. Stay tuned for sign-up details.
- Limited capacity playtest sessions will have day-of sign-up sheets each morning at 9am at breakfast. You can still show up without having signed up: sessions might still have participation or observation slots available.
- Spaghetti Sessions are open blocks where anyone is welcome to share an idea or run a spontaneous playtest. You can holler at Scarlett or Jake now to propose one in advance—they’ll be unveiled on Day 1 of Worlds in Play. You can also keep proposing sessions throughout the week as inspiration strikes!
- Community-facing events (evening of August 7) will be separately ticketed. Stay tuned for ticketing details.
